Filter by How often data is updated

There should be a way to search for data that was created in 1997.

There should also be a way to search for only static data. Likewise there should be a way to filter by only data that is actively being updated or dynamic.

    Metadata elements should capture frequency of update, this is the case with FGDC CSDGM. These fields should be searchable, just as should be time the data was published, what time period it spans, and so on - additionally, one should be able to search on geographic extent and other fields in the CSDGM.

    This is related to both the metadata elements idea and the improve search idea. We need a "see related idea" piece of metadata on this collaboration site ;^)
